2 Steps Forward and now 1 Step Back

Igor's new Ukrainian passport received and we left Kirovograd on the 29th by train for Kiev. Yesterday's day's message from U.S. immigration (USCIS) says our finger prints on file have expired and it will take up to 4 weeks to process a "fresh" copy of fingerprints for Dave and I and have them sent electronically to the U.S. embassy. Dave will leave Sunday and arrive very late on Monday night. We need a miracle to speed things up as it gets very expensive the longer we have to wait and Igor keep waivering bck and forth about wanting to actually leave Ukraine.
