SDA Appointment

Our appointment with the State Department of Adoptions went very well this morning. Little did we know when we were here almost 5 years ago that just to the right of this church and the top of a long, steep "souvenir" street is the State Department of Adoptions! Tomorr

ow we have to go back between 4:00-5:00 p.m. to pick up our "referral" to visit Igor and start the regional processing of adoption. Friday we will have about a 4-5 hour drive to pick up Igor from camp and take him back to the orphanage to stay for a few days while we stay across the street with a woman who has agreed to host us. We don't fully understand what will happen during this time other then time to visit with Igor and for Igor to officially agree to us as parents.
